Cable Television Support


Prior to calling us for cable TV support, it is sometimes helpful to perform some basic trouble-shooting of your own. Some common questions that we will have when you call are:

Is the problem that you are having the same on all of your TV sets within your home or just on the one you are trying to watch? 

If the problems you are having are only on one TV set, it is most likely that your problems are localized to that set and not related to our cable tv services. 

These types of issues are most commonly corrected by checking the connection from your wall outlet to your TV set, or turning on the TV set and then going through the setup process in your TV's menu. Please be sure to select Cable from the Cable / Air option and then run an auto program of the cable channels.

It is also helpful to ensure that all Game devices, VCR's and DVD's are in their proper state that allows you to view your television signal and that the correct source option has been selected to be viewed (HDMI, Video 1 / 2, AV 1 / 2, etc.). If someone has just been doing something in or around your television set, you might want to ask them to undo what they have done to see if the problem corrects itself.
