Q. What services does K2 Communications offer to it's customers?
A. K2 is focused on providing the highest quality cable television programming, the fastest and most reliable high speed internet and crystal clear digital telephone services throughout our service communities. Because we are locally owned, live within the communities that we serve and utilize the same services at work and at home that we offer to our customers, we have a vested interest in our own image.
Q. Can I keep my existing telephone number so I am not bothered by updating everyone with new contact info?
A. Yes, you will be able to keep your current telephone number. The porting process takes approximately 5-10* business days. During the porting process we can move forward with your internet installation so that when your number comes active with us you will hit the ground running and in the meantime, you will already be enjoying the freedom of our high speed internet services.
Q. Do I have to sign a service contract to be a K2 customer?
A. No, there are no long term obligations for our customers. We believe that our most powerful retention tool is our service record and our product pricing. At K2, we feel that long term contracts and small print are for the companies that are hurting our country's economy. Our word is our bond and if we don't live up to our word we wouldn't expect you to have to endure that because of some contract. In other words, we work hard for your business.
