Webmail
Your K2 Communications High Speed Internet Account comes with up to 5 e-mail accounts. These email accounts have the designation @k2cable.net and are Powered by Google and the Gmail platform. These email accounts come with some very Robust Tools, such as: Google Calendar, Google Docs and Google Sites. Each webmail account also comes with over 7GB of storage.
Basic Troubleshooting
All of our internet products require a cable modem. If you have our internet product without VoIP, you have a Motorola modem. If you have our internet product with VoIP service then you have an Arris eMTA. In either case, these modems illustrate connectivity thru having solid green lights on the face of the device.
These lights indicate that the power is on and that there is connectivity. If you do not have all solid green lights, check to make sure that the power cord is plugged in. If the green lights are solid then the internet is working from our Central Office to your device. If you have a router, you might want to power cycle the router. This is done by uplugging the power cord to the router and waiting about 10-15 seconds before plugging it back in.
