Cable Television Support

     Prior to calling us for cable TV support, it is sometimes helpful to perform some basic   trouble-shooting of your own. Some common questions that we will have when you call are:

Is the problem that you are having the same on all of your TV sets or just one?

     If the problems you are having are only on one TV set, it is most likely that your problems are localized to that set and not related to our services. These types of issues are most commonly corrected by checking the connection from your wall outlet to your TV set, or turning on the TV set and then going through the setup process in your TV's menu. Please be sure to select Cable from the Cable / Air option and then run an auto program of the channels.

     It is also helpful to ensure that all Gaming devices, VCR's and DVD's are in their proper state to view your television signal. If someone has just been doing something in or around your television set, you might want to ask them to undo what they have done to see if the problem corrects itself.
